  Due to my circumstances changing I found myself having to visit a food bank. I felt embarrassed&nervous about going inside as Ive worked most my life&been independent from 15yrs wen I had my own bedsit.I eventually went in&up to the hatch,were a lady greeted me wiv an upbeat friendly hello, which calmed me a bit&allowed me2 breathe properly!I explained I'd been told about them from one of their night street wardens who do amazing work&need a whole story themselves!Anyway,the lady explained how they can help&took few details&made me feel at ease.She told me the way Im feelin is normal as its a new situation Im in,but its ok 2 ask for sum help when I need it.And dont feel like Ive failed (as thats how I felt)as ive found myself in a new situation&Im working out the best way 2 deal wiv what's happening in my life now.Wen I cud of just gave up!She went off&cum back wiv 2 large,heavy shopping bags almost overflowing!I was amazed by amount&quality of items.I hav been again&want2 thank them4 all their great,unselfish work.
